Can you believe it’s week 9 already! Just a few reminders for what’s happening this week.
SPD – Performance times are as follows. Cast 1… that’s us!
Dress rehearsal/parents performance 9:40 am in the hall Tuesday.
Special Person’s Day performance 9:40 in the hall Wednesday.
I have most the t shirts at school. If you have not sent your child’s t shirt in yet please bring it in tomorrow morning as students will be wearing them Tuesday and Wednesday. They will be sent home Wednesday afternoon. Please make sure that your child wears navy pants or navy skirt Tuesday and Wednesday. Thanks in anticipation 🙂
After the performance on Wednesday, special guests are invited to visit our classroom and see your child at work. They may like to take the opportunity to visit the Library together and purchase a book for the school, of course this is optional.
Disco – The year 1 disco will be held after lunch on Thursday. Students will be required to wear school uniform as usual. I will collect the $4 from students in the morning. This covers entry, a packet of chips and a drink. The year 2 disco will be after school from 5 pm – 6:15 pm. Tickets are on sale at lunch time Tuesday and Wednesday for $3 and at the door on the night. Students can purchase chips for $1 and drink for $2 if they wish at the disco.
Glow sticks will also be sold on the night for 50 cents.
Nature Play – The Year 1 students will have their second session of Nature Play next week. Please bring in gum boots and rain coats throughout the week. Light rain is expected some days next week.
Lap-a-thon – Sponsor forms were sent out on Friday for our biggest fundraiser this year. More information will be sent our next term.
